Job Description:

CollabVA is looking to find a full-time Virtual Assistant to join our Customer Experience Department and assist in the following areas:

1. CRM Management

2. Customer Calls & Support

3. Customer Email Management

 

 

Ideal Candidate is...

 

- FAST learner, this position has an immediate need.

- Friendly and team-oriented personality, your job will be to win the hearts of customers.

- Self-starter and able to work without a TON of oversight.

- Available from 9am to 6pm EST.

 

 

Must have experience in the following systems...

- HubSpot

- Shopify

- Google Suite

- Slack

-Asana

 

The rate for this position is $10/hour

 

*** Interviews will be held all day Friday, August 14th.
